Behaviour Specialists work with the individual, the family and other interested and

- hold a University degree or College Diploma
- have expertise in behavioural interventions, family support, cognitive and social skill recommendation
- have a minimum of five years of experience
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- be subject to, and pass, a thorough screening by professional associations and law enforcement
- hold professional liability insurance
- have the ongoing support of the Service Director and/or Co-ordinator of Services
